Once the original Cowl was stripped they found it to be in not too bad shape. There are some problems with both lower inner cowl supports which will be replaced. I will be updating photos as the guys in the shop make progress on restoring the cowl.
Once the cowl was stripped we found the inner cowl supports to be in very poor condition so we decided to replace both.

I must thank Ed Solari from FordBarn for sending me numerous photos of the inner cowl supports and this excellent example of a 34 roadster original inner cowl support. This will help immensely when they correctly rebuild the reproduction cowl supports.
The reproduction inner cowl supports look correct, but are some what crude. In order to match the original configuration they will need to be modified.
